Instruction on how to register your Relay Team:

1) choose a Team Captain who will register your team (recommended size 10-15 people)

2) how to register

• Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to our new website and click on 'Participate' 
• Step 2: Fill out the form with your team information
• Step 3: Make payment (using a method outlined on form) and submit your form to relayforlife@chc.bm
• Step 4: We will set up your team online and provide you with the link to your "Fundraising" page 

3) a member of our Team Development Committee will contact you with your team package
